Turkey bound!

I am a good two months behind in my blog, but oh well. I will catch up on that later.

For now, my recent adventures.

I have been staying in Corfu (one of the bigger islands off of Greece) for the past 6 nights and it is rather glorious. Even with the 40 degree + heat everyday.
I waved goodbye to the Contiki bus and stepped up to the luxury of a fluffy towel for a few nights at Kontokali Bay. It is very nice to say the least... The Greeks do it well.

Other highlights of Corfu include swimming daily, not getting sunburnt and losing my ghost like qualities. Oh and George's Boat. Interesting day afloat a little boat with an old Greek man, called George (surprise) who was possibly the dirtiest old man I have ever met in my life...

Prior to Corfu Italy called, but since I am going back there soon you'll have to wait. I will say I think Venice is just the most gorgeous place ever. No traffic noise. Heaven.

France was wonderful. Nice was nice. Monaco expensive... but seeing the Bentley parked behind the Rolls Royce was pretty damn cool. as was the Porche parked in front of the Smart Car.

Barcelona had the most amazing food.

Paris is definitely not done with yet. I could spend a good month in Paris I suspect. Especially if I had my Frenchy there with me!

But I must say I love the Greek people. As soon as they hear you're from Australia they start asking if you know their son/daughter/mother/father/uncle/cousin/donkey who lives in Aus. None so far, but hey, its bound to happen!

Well I will leave it there for now. Expect more as I get further into study and feel the need to procrastinate a whole heap more.

Keep it real, dudes.

(oh I am ever so white.)
